The public is invited to join a Mid-Atlantic Committee on the Ocean (MACO) webinar on Feb. 27 from 10-11:30 a.m.
About this Event

The purpose of the session is to:
- Provide an update on MACO’s recent work and accomplishments in the areas of ocean and coastal mapping, marine debris, non-consumptive recreation, maritime commerce and navigation safety, ocean and coastal acidification, and more.
- Summarize the findings of MACO’s January survey on regional ocean issues and ideas for the 2020 Mid-Atlantic Ocean Forum.
- Share preliminary details about the Forum, to be held on May 19 in New York City.
Participants will be encouraged to ask questions and share input with the presenters.
